Since there are several manufacturers of ground cover, we needed an edge on the competition. We've achieved this edge in two ways. One, we offer the most realistic colors available, and two, we give more bang for the buck! Compare quality, quantity and price, there IS a difference! Take a close look at our colors. The greens are straight out of a meadow, taken from a lonely pine on a steep rocky slope, or drawn from the Blue Grass of Kentucky. Lost Canyon Sage and Sage Brush Blue are true to their names and can be found in many parts of the West. The yellows and oranges mimic the brilliance of autumn, while Indian Paint Brush is a dead ringer for the plant itself. The name Tumbleweed Tan is an exact match for the Tumblin' Tumbleweeds of which the Son's of the Pioneers sang about. And you can almost smell the fragrance of the Lilac growing in grandma's back yard.

What is Forest Floor? The Forest Floor line is unique to Timberline Scenery. Available in five colors, the Forest Floor line is the most realistic ground cover on the market.  It comes packaged in quantities to fit your needs, from our 20 cubic inch bags to a full 5 gallons!  Forest Floor also comes in 2 different grades, small, with smaller branches, trunks and stumps and large with larger branches, stumps and trunks.

How is Forest Floor different? It's not just ground cover, but a blend of ground covers to add depth to the overall look. Then we add a larger accent ground cover which once applied stands out, making it look like bushes. Finally we add real wood deadfall. Not just any wood will do. Few miniature branches in nature have the character we need to produce this product. Look closely at the detail of the wood. If you've ever hiked in the high country, you know how the forest floor is littered with it. You can hardly take a step without stepping on a branch, or negotiating your way over a fallen limb or tree stump. Although we only recently introduced the Forest Floor line, already it has surpassed all of our sales expectations.
